Our Mission
Builders of Hope
Towers of Hope is a nonprofit agency located in the northside area of Houston, TX that provide a ray of hope and healing to people who are facing life altering challenges and obstacles.
Towers of Hope goal is to impart a new flame of hope in the lives of the lost and hurting by providing healing to the whole-man (spirit, soul and body). Dealing with the past, understanding the present and realigning for the future is the prescription that Towers of Hope uses in order to alter the destiny of those who feel life has thrown them a foul ball.
Life happens to everyone no matter the walk of life, age, financial situation or background. Every person deal with these times differently. Some people are able to simply gather themselves and just more on, while others simply cannot deal at all. With depression at an alarming rate, suicide rate going higher and higher every year, unemployment up and down, people are in need of help, healing and a strategy for recovery. That is what Towers of Hope is: it is a “remedy for recovery”!
Towers of Hope currently provide services to a population of 85% youth and young adults of which 70% are from low-income areas. This group also live-in high crime areas with a potential to live a life connected to violence and imprisonment. Towers of Hope mission is to walk them to a place of wholeness and then equip them with the necessary tools and experience to be successful in a new life.
Towers of Hope is offering a community of connections for each phase of your process. No one’s process is the same. Each process is designed and developed by the client themselves with the oversight and guidance of a trained professional. It is the belief of the Towers that most people have a general concept of what they need and where they are trying to go, but simply don’t know how to reform in order to make that place a reality.
Towers of Hope provide towers of hope so that then you can become a tower of hope tosomeone else.
